A passionate and versatile creative professional who began her journey with Marathi experimental theatre in Pune summer festivals, later discovering her true calling in costume design after exploring multiple fields. She has worked extensively on period films such as Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi, Panipat, Shaakuntalam, and Thalaivii, along with commercial and contemporary projects like Covid Stories, Nausikhiye, Jailer, and Happy Ending. She has made a significant mark in styling across films, TVCs, fashion shows, assistant direction roles, promotional campaigns, events, and festivals, showcasing strong expertise in cinematic aesthetics and character-driven design. At a young age, she has styled prominent national and international artists and now proudly presents her own label “BHARATI KAILAS”.

Sandesh holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Bangalore University and has completed his post-graduation in management from S P Jain Institute of Management and Research.

Head of the Department (Mechanical Engineering)
Dr. Satish M. Silaskar completed his B.E. and M.E. in Production Engineering from Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University in 1995 and 2008, respectively, and earned his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering (Technology) from University of Mumbai in 2021. He is currently serving as the Head of the Department of Mechanical Engineering at New Horizon Institute of Technology and Management. With 4 years of industry experience and over 24 years in academia, he has held several academic and administrative positions within colleges affiliated with the University of Mumbai. He has published more than 25 research papers in various national and international journals and conferences. Additionally, he is a Senior Member of Indian Institution of Industrial Engineering (IIIE) and a Life Member of Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE).
