2. Types of Affiliation
- Master Partner - State/Regional partner managing multiple centres
- State Partner - State-level execution partner
- Medium Centre - District skill centre
- Small / Rural Centre - Local training unit
3. Eligibility Criteria
Affiliated partners are authorized to:
- Conduct training programs
- Mobilise candidates
- Execute approved courses
- Support assessments
- Use Council branding (as permitted)

EXAMINATION SOP
For Training / Implementation Partners
1. Purpose
This Examination SOP defines the standard procedures for assessment, evaluation, and certification of candidates under UdyogVikas Skills Council affiliated centres.
It ensures: Fair evaluation | Uniform standards | Transparency | Quality assurance
2. Scope
This SOP applies to:

3. Examination Framework
All courses shall follow:
Assessment Breakdown
- Theory: 30-40%
- Practical: 50-60%
- Viva/Soft Skills: 10-20%

The policy ensures: Authentic certification | Transparent assessment | Standardisation | Fraud prevention | Industry credibility
2. Certification Authority
Only Udyog Vikas Skills Council has authority to:
- Design certificates
- Approve results
- Print certificates
- Digitally issue certificates
- Clear fees
Training Centres CANNOT print, design, or issue certificates independently
3. Eligibility
Candidate must:
- Complete approved course
- Minimum 80% attendance
- Pass theory assessment
- Pass practical assessment
- Clear fees
